These terms govern your use of https://dunewood.shop and purchases from DUNEWOOD CAMPING SUPPLY LLC, trading as DUNEWOOD. “We,” “us” and “our” refer to DUNEWOOD CAMPING SUPPLY LLC.
Using the Store
You must have legal capacity to enter into a purchase contract. If you purchase on behalf of another person or organization, you must have authority to do so.
You agree to provide accurate contact, billing and delivery information and to use the store lawfully.
Product Information
Product pages describe the goods offered for sale, including relevant dimensions, materials, quantities and compatibility information.
Please review the product description and included contents before ordering. Accessories or other objects shown for context are included only where the product listing expressly says so.
Screen settings and lighting may affect the appearance of colors. This does not remove your rights if goods are materially different from their description.
Orders and Availability
Submitting an order is a request to purchase the selected goods. An automated order acknowledgment confirms receipt of your order; acceptance occurs when we confirm dispatch.
We may decline or cancel an order for a legitimate reason, including unavailable stock, an unresolved payment issue, suspected fraud, an unsupported delivery address or a material listing error. We will notify you and refund any amount collected for an order we cannot fulfill.
We will not substitute a different product or charge an increased price without your agreement.
Prices and Payment
All prices and transactions are in U.S. dollars. Displayed product prices include applicable taxes. Standard delivery within our supported delivery area is free, with no minimum purchase.
The order total is displayed before you submit payment. We do not add undisclosed handling charges.
Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Payment authorization and processing are subject to the relevant payment provider’s requirements.
Price changes apply to future orders and do not change an accepted order without your agreement.
Delivery
We ship from the United States to the contiguous 48 U.S. states only.
Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days. Estimated transit time after dispatch is 3–5 business days. The daily order cutoff is 4:00 p.m. U.S. Central Time, observing daylight saving time.

Returns, Exchanges and Cancellations
You may request a return or exchange within 30 calendar days after delivery, including for change of mind.
We pay eligible return and exchange shipping costs and do not charge restocking or return handling fees. Refunds are initiated to the original payment method within 3 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
Cancellation may be requested before dispatch. Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for the complete procedure.
Safe and Appropriate Product Use
Use products according to their instructions and stated purpose. Check dimensions, compatibility and condition before use.
Do not assume a product is suitable for climbing, fall protection, emergency use or supporting a particular load unless the product description expressly states that suitability.
Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility for defective goods or limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Prohibited Conduct
You must not misuse the store, attempt unauthorized access, introduce harmful software, interfere with its operation, submit fraudulent orders or infringe another person’s rights.
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address unlawful conduct or protect security. This does not cancel our obligations concerning existing orders.
Website Content
Store text, branding, images and other content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may use the store for personal shopping purposes. Other uses require permission from the relevant rights holder unless permitted by law.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled when you use the store or place an order.
Errors and Service Interruptions
We aim to maintain accurate information and a functioning website, but errors or temporary interruptions can occur. If an error affects your order, we will contact you to explain the issue and available options.
An error does not give us permission to impose a higher charge without your consent.
Liability and Consumer Rights
Each party remains responsible to the extent required by applicable law. We do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or remove any mandatory warranty, refund or other consumer remedy.
Applicable Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Kentucky and applicable U.S. federal law, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to your purchase.
Nothing in these terms requires you to waive a legal right or use an exclusive dispute forum where that requirement would be unlawful.
Changes to These Terms
Revised terms will apply prospectively when published. The terms applicable when your order is accepted continue to govern that order, unless a change is required by law or agreed with you.
